Shipping Delays
- What can I do if my package is lost?
- If the package is lost due to logistics, please send an email to support@oladance.com. Provide your order ID, we will check with the logistics. Once it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will resend you a new package or refund you.
- What can I do if the package does not arrive within 30 days?
- If your shipping address is in Peru, please be patient. Due to the remoteness of Peru, it usually takes 20 to 40 days. Parcels should arrive within 30 days of dispatch, except in Peru. If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, please email support@oladance.com.
- If the post office does not reach you when shipping, please contact us. We will provide you with the phone number of your local post office so you can contact your local post office to arrange a pickup.
- What should I do if the package is returned due to no one picking it up?
- Please contact us to see if the package can be resent. If so, the package will be resent, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- If the package is returned due to your absence, we will not be responsible for the related costs.
